Awesome Blueberry Chard (ABC) Smoothie
This Bright and Light Smoothie is Powerful and Sweet
1/2 Cup Water (or more if needed)
5 Cups Fresh Chard Leaves
2 Tablespoons Sunflower Seeds (optional)
1 Bag Frozen Blueberries (12 oz or 16 oz)
Add the chard and water and sunflower seeds to your blender and blend well.
Add the banana and blend.
Finally, add the blueberries, one cup at a time. Blend again until mixed and smooth. Add more water if necessary. Remember that you can always add more water. You can't add less! So go easy on the water at first. Most people make their smoothies too watery.
Chard is one of the healthiest vegetables available.
